Enterprise Account Executive.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles into multi-specialty groups, hospital systems, and large outpatient operators.
About this role
You will close enterprise-tier customer engagements: multi-specialty groups, hospital systems, large outpatient operators. Cycles run 60–180 days and involve CFOs, COOs, RCM directors, and IT. You will work alongside a pre-sales engineer, a senior RCM strategist, and the account-lead-to-be.
What you will own
- Run a portfolio of enterprise opportunities from qualification through signed Order Form.
- Build relationships with senior healthcare operators (CFOs, COOs, RCM directors).
- Quarterback the discovery and benchmark work that anchors every Medonix sales cycle.
- Partner with marketing on the lead pipeline you depend on.
Must-haves
- 5+ years closing enterprise SaaS or healthcare-services deals.
- Track record at the $500K+ ACV deal size.
- Strong understanding of healthcare RCM economics: you can read an A/R aging report.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior in-house experience in healthcare RCM, finance, or operations.
Day in the life
Mornings are typically prospect calls and live demos. Afternoons drift to discovery write-ups, contracting work, and the internal coordination that keeps a complex deal moving.
Compensation
Base $130K–$170K, plus 100% variable at-target ($260K–$340K OTE), plus 0.05%–0.10% equity.
