Self-scheduling respects payer rules and provider preferences without exposing them to the patient. Statements use plain-language line items so calls about "what is this charge?" drop materially. Payments support card, ACH, HSA / FSA cards, and payment plans configured by your billing team.

The portal is canonical in deployments running the Medonix EHR + PMS. For practices keeping their existing systems, the portal connects via HL7 v2 / FHIR R4 to most major EHRs. Single sign-on (SSO) supports SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect for practices that want patients to authenticate against an existing identity provider. Payment processing integrates with Stripe, Square, Braintree, and the typical healthcare merchant processors.
