Product · Full-time
Product Manager, AI Suite.
Own the product strategy for the AI Suite: eleven specialized agents that handle the back-office of U.S. healthcare RCM.
About this role
You will own product strategy for the AI Suite end-to-end. You will work with ML engineers, credentialed coders, and customer-facing teams to decide which agents ship next, what they replace, and how the rollout to customers actually works.
What you will own
- Own the AI Suite product roadmap, with monthly shipping cadence and quarterly customer rollout.
- Translate customer-side workflow pain into agent specifications the ML team can build.
- Define the metrics that gate every agent release: accuracy, latency, cost-per-claim, customer-side adoption.
- Lead the customer-facing rollout: documentation, in-product onboarding, and the change-management work.
Must-haves
- 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 in AI / ML product at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare RCM domain: you know what a CO-16 denial means.
- Comfort owning a roadmap that gets measured against accuracy and customer adoption, not feature velocity.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience as a clinician or RCM operator.
- Track record shipping AI products that customers actually used.
Day in the life
Mornings split between roadmap work, customer interviews, and reviewing the latest agent eval results with the ML team. Afternoons drift toward writing (specs, decision docs, customer-facing release notes) and the design reviews where the agent UX is shaped.
Compensation
Base $180K–$230K, plus 0.05%–0.15% equity, plus a 10–15% target performance bonus.
